Tournament Sanction Requirements

To maintain consistent competition standards across Singapore, all public tennis tournaments not organised directly by STA must obtain official sanction approval.

    Sanction applications must be submitted at least two (2) months prior to the event start date.
  2. 2
    A sanction fee of:
    • SGD $1,500; or
    • 10% of the total prize money,
    whichever is higher, shall apply.
  3. 3
    Organisers are required to provide company background, organisational experience, tournament details and operational plans.
  4. 4
    STA-affiliated clubs hosting STA adult tournaments listed on the official STA calendar may qualify for a waiver of sanction fees.
