How the STA U10 ROG Pathway Works

STA ROG U10 Tennis Pathway Programme introduces children to tennis through competency-based progressive stages. Using the Red, Orange, and Green formats, children learn on suitable courts with appropriate equipment. Game-based activities build confidence and fundamental tennis skills.

Red Stage

Recommended for Ages 5–8+

Children develop fundamental tennis skills and learn simple rally concepts through fun, game-based activities. Using softer red balls, 19–23 inch racquets, and smaller courts suited to their size and ability, players build coordination, movement, and confidence in an enjoyable learning environment.
